* List of page urls where you find that the copyright rules has been violated so that they can be removed from our database.
* Your complete contact address so that you can be contacted.
* A declaration cum undertaking that you are the rightful owner of the content and that your agent is duly constituted and authorized and has all the requisite powers to act on your behalf and that the information in the notification is true, complete and accurate and that photogarden.org shall not be liable for any loss or damage or claim for relying upon the said notification.

* The member who has registered with photogarden.org agree that he/she willnot upload porn,hate,copyright violated photos in his/her account.
If we find that the user is repeatedly violating the photography copyright issues, then we have the discretion of disabling/terminating the account of a user.
* During uploading a photo, the member agree that he/she is not voilating any copyright issues and has all the rights for the photo which is to be uploaded.
* A member is responsible for all the activity done in his/her account
* We have the discretion of disabling/terminating the account of any user without giving any notice.
* Photogarden.org is not liable or held responsible for any loss or deletion of photographs from a user account.
* If any of your photo is copied from photogarden.org and reproduced at some other site. Photogarden.org willnot be responsible or held liable for such an act.
* If you are uploading your or your family personal photos or portrait then our advice is that you should upload the photos in your private album.
* Uploading a photo in public album mode means that anyone can copy your photo and can manipulate or edit your photo and publish at some
other site which you find is indescent.
* By uploading a photo in a public type album means that a photo is crawlable by searchengines and robots.
* You agree that, by uploading your photo you are providing the rights to photogarden.org to resize your photo.
